β€’ The Virtual Sales Representative works to build strong relationships with our Professional customers β€’ Executes a sales strategy to profitably grow sales for assigned accounts β€’ Responsible for the full sales cycle for respective book of business β€’ Prospecting new business, generating interest, negotiating projects, closing sales β€’ Must demonstrate broad product and services knowledge β€’ Utilize comprehensive business acumen and collaborate with cross-functional partners

Requirements

β€’ Must be 18 years of age or older β€’ Must be legally permitted to work in the United States β€’ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) β€’ Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams β€’ Demonstrated project management skills β€’ Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills β€’ Retail, proven inside sales or telephone sales experience β€’ Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM β€’ Understanding and application of strategic planning to identify, target and execute plans for sales growth β€’ Highly motivated
