• As our new Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding our customer base within your region • You’ll focus on identifying new business opportunities, forming and nurturing client relationships, and driving sales through strategic market engagement • This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to work independently
• 3+ years of experience in a similar business development role • Proven track record of achieving growth targets and KPIs • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills • Proficient in market research and analysis • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools • Valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel
