• Masters or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Education • 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management. • A proven track record in a virtual setting is required with U.S.-based clients • C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Resume must be in English • Proficiency with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Google Meet. • Familiarity with CRM software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good at building and maintaining relationships • Near native level mastery of English • Ability to keep CRM updated • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment • High level of professionalism
