Requirements
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years coordinating cross functional departments • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects in the financial technology or cryptocurrency sector • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously • Superior communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience in implementing and managing project management tools and processes across an organization • Ability to quickly understand and navigate complex regulatory and technical landscapes • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification • MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
