Description

•FreeWill is a social-good startup raising funds for nonprofits •Looking for a Full Stack Senior Engineer to impact at the company •Join a collaborative team, design, and develop new features •Drive technical initiatives for quality and sustainability •Mentor junior engineers and engage in code reviews

Requirements

•5+ years building production systems for complex web applications •Experience leading projects on teams with multiple engineers, a product manager, and designer •B2B and/or B2B2C experience preferred, fintech and/or estate planning is a plus •Early startup experience strongly preferred •Proficient in web architecture including React, API design, and developer tooling •Familiar with TypeScript, Express, SQL, observability, performance optimization, and cloud infrastructure
