β€’ The purpose of the Joint Venture (JV) Customer Success Manager (CSM) is to maximize customer value by fostering strong relationships with Fresenius Kidney Care JV partners. β€’ Collaborates cross-functionally with JV Finance and RCM operations. β€’ Performing accounts receivable (A/R) analysis and updates on a regular frequency. β€’ Monitors A/R performance; ensures JV A/R performance is meeting enterprise targets. β€’ Develops and manages tactical execution of objectives, ensuring alignment with RCM operations. β€’ Prepares and presents professional reporting for JV partners on a routine basis. β€’ Provides upward communication to JV Finance and RCM leaders regarding issues and dissatisfiers among JV partners.

Requirements

β€’ 5-8 years related experience. β€’ 3-5 years client relationship experience. β€’ Strong working knowledge of general accounting and revenue cycle. β€’ Strong computer skills must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and Outlook. β€’ Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills. β€’ Excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively communicates with all levels of management. β€’ Time management, prioritizing and effectively delegating tasks, and ensuring deliverables are prompt and timely. β€’ Proactive and solutions-oriented management style, ensuring alignment between JV partners and revenue cycle operations. β€’ Mentors and coaches others, promoting professional development.
