• Develop and implement strategies to drive product adoption; • Facilitate onboarding and training for small law firm customers; • Work with sales and GTM teams to meet customer needs; • Analyze product usage data to improve customer satisfaction; • Develop campaigns and initiatives for training software; • Regularly communicate with small firm customers to ensure needs are met; • Provide support and answer questions about best practices for using our product.

Requirements

• Law degree or formal legal education and/or substantial experience working with law firms and attorneys; • Deep understanding of Customer Success best practices; • Experience in a Customer Success role; • Interest in learning about new technology and software; • Experience working with Generative AI; • Strong presenting and communication skills; • Experience training and interacting with customers regularly; • Personable with a positive attitude; • Enjoy problem-solving and helping customers; • Enjoy working on cross-functional teams.
