• Manage a team of direct sales personnel to grow market share; meet or exceed annual territory budgeted forecast. • Meet or exceed segment’s annual business performance indicators mainly Sales, Gross Margin, Inventory & Receivables. • Identify and regularly communicate with the management regarding industry trends, territory activities, competitive activity, and customer requirements. • Maintain excellent working relationships with customers through regular contact with decision-makers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business, or equivalent experience in the industry with 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the chemical speciality field and experience in a leadership or competitive function. • Ability to travel regularly • Communicate with others and exchange accurate information. • Good proficiency in MS office and working with computer • Proficiency in CRM tools will be an advantage
