• Drive new business development for Capol North America's product lines. • Execute the go-to-market strategy for VIVAPIGMENTS® throughout the USA. • Identify and explore new market opportunities and implement Capol's commercial strategy. • Travel to customer sites to offer technical support and manage customer relationships. • Initiate and oversee new projects with existing and potential customers. • Maintain and manage a commercial project pipeline, addressing competitive threats. • Handle sales planning, including pricing strategies, improving processes, forecasting, and reporting. • Manage additional sales and administrative tasks that align with Capol’s strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. • Over 5 years of experience in a senior sales role. • Comprehensive knowledge of the specialty food ingredient industry. • Strong business acumen and financial literacy. • Proficient in a second language (French, German, or Spanish) preferred. • Understanding of global food safety and regulatory guidelines preferred. • Strong technical and commercial communication skills. • Strong negotiation skills. • Adept at analyzing Capol LLC’s product lines, especially VIVAPIGMENTS®, and advising on solutions. • Strong technical aptitude and business insight, able to work independently and in a team.
