• Frogslayer is the go-to digital transformation partner for Hospitality & Entertainment brands. • We build, modernize, and scale the digital products and systems that power food, fun, and unforgettable moments. • We’re looking for a Managing Director / Head of Business Development to lead enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth. • This is a high-impact, executive role responsible for driving new business and accelerating our expansion in Hospitality & Entertainment. • Own business development, sales, and strategic partnerships for Frogslayer’s Hospitality & Entertainment practice. • Win enterprise deals, establish key industry relationships, and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of sales & business development experience in Hospitality, Entertainment - Enterprise Software / Digital Transformation services • Deep industry relationships—existing network of CIOs, CMOs, COOs, and tech vendors in Hospitality & Entertainment. • Proven track record of closing $500K-$2M+ enterprise deals in consultative sales. • Experience building strategic partnerships that drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth. • Ability to sell complex digital transformation projects (custom software, AI-driven automation, integrations, platform modernization). • Strong executive presence & leadership skills—this is a high-visibility role that requires boardroom-level influence.
