Description

• This is a fully remote position, expected to work the following shift: 8:30 AM-5:00PM CST, Monday - Friday, regardless of location. • This is an Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Front, providing a unique opportunity for talented, ambitious individuals who can manage high-velocity top-of-funnel sales qualification while navigating a strategic sales process. • As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying new customers for Front. We’re building a team that requires a winning attitude, a high sense of urgency, and a passion for sales. You will have the opportunity to help shape processes and build the pipeline to support your Account Executive counterparts immediately.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to collaborate with others and work cross-functionally among different teams at Front. • Desire to join a competitive, team-based environment. • Previous outbound Sales Development or Business Development experience preferred. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Fluent in English. • Excellent research and analytical skills. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach. • Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team • Growth mindset
