📋 Description
• Lead the coordination and development of high-quality, competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely submissions that align with customer requirements and strategic objectives • Analyze procurement documents to identify key requirements and communicate them effectively to the proposal team • Write, edit, and refine proposal content to ensure clarity and alignment with client expectations • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives • Maintain a knowledge repository, including updates to proposal templates and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in proposal development, management, or technical writing, preferably within a technology-focused B2B or government contracting environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, and IT services • Familiarity with technology procurement processes and contracting requirements • Proficiency in AI-powered Response Management Platforms (e.g., Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian) • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to develop clear, persuasive proposal content • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and Legal teams, with the ability to influence and drive proposal success
