Description

β€’ Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for GRC/IRM (Governance, Risk, and Compliance including Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)) in accordance with industry standards and best practices. β€’ Working with stakeholders to identify and prioritize risk and compliance requirements, and to develop a roadmap for their implementation in ServiceNow. β€’ Participating in the development of GRC-related policies, procedures, and documentation. β€’ Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other systems and tools used for GRC. β€’ Creating and customizing ServiceNow workflows and modules to support GRC processes and requirements. β€’ Configuring and customizing third party risk assessment and audit management. β€’ Providing guidance and training to other teams and stakeholders on best practices for using ServiceNow for GRC. β€’ Staying current with industry trends and best practices in GRC and adapting the ServiceNow implementation as needed. β€’ Participating in the development and maintenance of audit trails and reports to demonstrate compliance with internal and external requirements. β€’ Supporting the management and resolution of GRC-related incidents and incidents. β€’ Collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that GRC requirements are integrated into all aspects of the organization's technology infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience (Implementation/integration, enhancement and production level design and development support). β€’ Must have demonstrated experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow GRC/IRM, including TPRM (Third Party Risk Management). β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. β€’ 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analysis or GRC. β€’ Strong understanding of GRC principles and regulations, such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc. β€’ Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT service management and automation platform. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and develop solutions. β€’ Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall. β€’ Certified ServiceNow System Administrator β€’ Certified Implementation Specialist in ITSM, GRC/IRM
