• Experience working as a SDR or lead generation; • Proven experience with cold outreach channels (LinkedIn, email); • Expertise in sales automation tools and CRM systems; • Strong understanding of sales pipeline management: prospecting, lead qualification processes and conversion of leads into MQLs; • Ability to create compelling messaging and execute effective outreach strategies; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English (Upper-Intermediate). • Nice to have: Experience in the Healthcare industry or selling into healthcare verticals; • Experience with multi-channel lead generation; • Knowledge of lead qualification frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC; • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
