📋 Description

• The Payments Account Manager is a key player in driving the adoption and utilization of Fullbay Payments, our integrated payments program. • This role involves a mix of sales and customer training/enablement. • Responsible for driving Gross Merchant Volume (GMV) growth within your assigned portfolio payments accounts. • Focus on optimizing existing processing accounts and activating enabled but non-processing accounts to maximize payment adoption and revenue. • Formulate and implement comprehensive, long-term strategic account plans to maximize GMV and market share within an assigned portfolio. • Analyze complex payment processing challenges faced by clients and develop innovative, tailored solutions. • Develop and execute high-level sales strategies to exceed ambitious sales targets. • Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with executive-level decision-makers at key client accounts. • Conduct sophisticated analysis of account performance, developing complex models and forecasts to identify strategic opportunities for growth. • Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to executive management. • Serve as a subject matter expert on Fullbay Payments, providing advanced training and mentorship to junior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related work experience. • (2) years of proven success selling integrated payments for Vertical SaaS. • Adequate knowledge of Excel and Google Suite. • Salesforce or other CRM software experience.
