Requirements

• 5 years of experience in managing a team of product managers, preferably in healthcare or payment processing. • Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and market needs. • Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and motivating a product management team to achieve high performance and professional growth. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development and successful launches. • Proficiency in using data and metrics to inform product decisions, measure success, and optimize product performance.
