Description

• Manage and lead the platform engineering team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews. • Assist in establishing and implementing the technical vision for the platform, in alignment with company goals. • Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the platform, while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, requirements, and standards. • Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders, and leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement key platform initiatives. • Oversee the development and deployment processes, ensuring best practices in coding and testing are followed. • Act as a servant leader, resolving technical issues, impediments, and challenges that could hinder the team's ability to effectively deliver their sprint commitments. • Stay current with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the platform remains competitive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Minimum 3 years of management experience. • Ability to make technical contributions as needed. • Comprehensive understanding of systems engineering principles. • Experience leading multiple scrum teams within an agile organization. • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a regulated environment, including adherence to standards such as the PCI DSS, SOX, etc. • Proven experience in collaborating effectively with mid- to senior-level leadership. • Demonstrated ability to cultivate productive relationships across various levels of the organization.
