• Personal experience with paid digital marketing platforms and campaigns. • Experience with web analytics, content marketing, SEO, and social media. • Vertical B2B SaaS experience is a key requirement. • Proven success in building and leading high-performing marketing functions in growth environments for a $50mm+ business. • Experience working with sales and product teams to take new products to market. • Demonstrated track record of collaborating with sales teams to hit or exceed revenue goals. • Experience managing external marketing vendors and agencies. • Mastery at managing to KPIs that matter; obsession with leveraging data to inform strategy, optimize tactics, and deliver results. • Experienced power-user of marketing automation and advertising platforms. • Ability to communicate across all levels of an organization face-to-face and remotely. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrixed environment.
