🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years experience in an advertising agency required • 3 years in an account management or hybrid role • Proven ability to move between the accounts and project worlds • Experience managing projects through the entire lifecycle, from planning to execution • A “how can we make this even better” approach to projects • Attention to detail and strong organizational and people management skills • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills • Flexibility when faced with changing priorities or circumstances • Experience with project management and issue tracking tools • Experience with budgeting and resource management • Experience managing teams and conversations with clients around all aspects of a project
