• About Fuse Energy: • Fuse Energy is a leading force in the renewable energy sector, dedicated to developing and scaling solar, wind, and energy storage projects worldwide. • Job Summary: • The Business Development Associate will be an exceptional independent operator willing to work at high intensity as part of our core team. • They will have a very strong bias toward action, and feel comfortable generating and handling both outbound and inbound leads. • The candidate will support our Business Development team and wider organisation with general project development strategy work, including site identification & origination, outreach to landowners, and feasibility studies in the Polish market.
• 2+ years of experience with outbound sales and lead generation • Highly structured approach to lead generation and management • Focus on strategy improvements and process optimisation • Ability to learn quickly and work independently • Excellent written and spoken English and Polish languages • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field • Nice to haves but not deal breakers: • Previous experience in the energy industry and/or working with landowners in Poland • Good understanding of Polish geography
