Description

•Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners; •Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect; •Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions; •Creating and managing a risk register for current partners; •Analyze the conversion ratios and traffic quality; •Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners; •Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits); •Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.); •Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners; •Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).

Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry. •Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management. •Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. •Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools. •Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. •Good written & spoken communication skills in English and Russian;
