• The Alliance Partnership Manager is a key player in driving the growth of ActiveProspect's home services partnerships program. • This role focuses on managing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with strategic partners to enhance business development. • Responsible for building new partnerships and ensuring existing ones thrive by engaging partners and providing support. • Oversee ongoing relationships with current partners to ensure motivation and productivity. • Actively expand opportunities within partnerships to ensure mutual success. • Conduct periodic meetings and performance reviews with partners. • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure partners have the required resources.
• Proven experience in partner management or business development, preferably within the home services or lead generation space. • Strong understanding of the home services industry and its unique challenges and opportunities. • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. • Ability to think strategically and execute on partnership initiatives to drive business growth. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience collaborating with internal teams to ensure partner success. • Data-driven, with the ability to analyze partner performance and develop actionable insights.
