Description

β€’ Responsible for complete ownership of the client experience. β€’ Focused on delivering client satisfaction. β€’ Must have deep understanding of travel services. β€’ Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multi-task. β€’ Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and operations. β€’ Maintain client relationships and assist in conflict resolution. β€’ Develop a trusted relationship with key accounts. β€’ Adaptable to changing requirements. β€’ Understand all forms of service requests for Air, Housing, and Ground Travel.

Requirements

β€’ 3-5 years of professional experience in a client-serving role β€’ Passion for building relationships β€’ Dynamic team player β€’ Strong written & verbal communication skills β€’ Bachelor's degree required β€’ Experience in travel, logistics, or hospitality industry a plus, but not required
