• Manage multiple accounts and develop positive relationships with customers • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction • Work closely with Account Managers on operations • Identify root causes of customer success and failures • Partner with teams to exceed customer goals • Provide input on new processes as needed • Maintain superior customer service and operational excellence • Work with Finance on billing and invoicing • Provide project support for construction management • Participate in budget development and revenue forecasting • Collaborate with sales on annual program usage reports
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience • Experience in Account Management/Customer Success • Knowledge of key concepts including JOC Process, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks • Confident communication skills to work collaboratively • A focus on relationships, building trust through communication • Sound decision making and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and balance obligations • Working knowledge in preparation of construction bid documents • The ability to communicate effectively with team members • Experience identifying client or staffing issues to create effective solutions • A valid US driver’s license and the ability to travel up to 30%
