Description

• Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners; • Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels with new partners brought by business development managers to connect; • Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions; • Creating and managing a risk register for current partners; • Analyze the conversion ratios and traffic quality; • Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts in the context of partners; • Revision of financial conditions (processing rates, settlements, rolling reserve and deposits); • Handle any requests from partners on our merchant accounts (compliance, IPS, acquirers, etc.); • Solving problems with delays in settlements or debts of current partners; • Update of information with partners (volume limits, transactional software, etc.).

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry. • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and Russian;
