📋 Description
• Responsible to ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets contractual specifications • Shapes and drives strategies to ensure competitive delivery model • Leads key client implementation initiatives through global delivery networks • Serves as a key leader in MMIS Reports and Analytics capability areas • Provides an independent voice and advice on proposals and projects • Partners with finance and Engagement Leaders to monitor and manage budgets • Directs team members to understand and review system analysis and technical solutions • Works with senior leadership to review pipeline work and make recommendations for team expansion • Organizes Global Delivery resources with orientation towards company's go-to-market strategy • Ensures delivery costs are within or better than budgeted
🎯 Requirements
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 15 or more years of related experience • 5+ years of MMIS experience with knowledge in healthcare claims • 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity • Previous hands-on design and development experience in data visualization and analytics tools • Ability to communicate to business and technical audience fluently • Good writing skills • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity • Good understanding of CMS Federal reports in the MMIS space
