📋 Description

• Responsible to ensure that the delivery of implementation projects meets contractual specifications • Shapes and drives strategies to ensure that company's delivery model remains a competitive differentiator through expert talent, implementation and unparalleled quality • Leads the company's key client implementation initiatives through our global delivery networks with a focus on ensuring quality and consistency of delivery to our clients • Leads cutting edge capability areas in service of client and internal implementation efforts • Serves as a key contributor to shaping the company's vision and direction for a global delivery model • Responsible for an operational model that delivers exceptional client service with minimal complexity • Evaluates effectiveness of company performance in relation to contracts, delivery and effectiveness • Recommends methods to increase performance and delivery standards • Provides an independent voice and advice on review of proposals, on-going projects, and accounts to ensure compliance and consistency in the delivery of offerings • Oversees delivery assurance reporting • Partners with legal and financial teams to assess compliance with legal and financial standards and best practices • Ensures delivery model adheres to standards, policies and best practices across the enterprise • Directs, manages, develops and oversees budget; ensures activities are appropriately funded, coordinated and managed according to the guidelines/constraints of resource allocations • Balances cost saving measures with needs of department • Works with Portfolio Management, Delivery, Marketing/Sales, and Client Relationship Management executives to ensure alignment of processes and technology with company and customer needs • Organizes and directs Global Delivery resources with orientation towards company's go-to-market strategy, portfolio of client commitments and Implementation SDLC • Ensures that delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs budgeted in contracts or internal planning activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Master's degree in related field preferred • 15 or more years of related experience • 5 or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included • Experience working with a product and services delivery in a global environment • Experience working in a global organization of size, scope and complexity • Experience working with management implications of various forms of financial data and contracts/service agreements • 5+ years Medicaid and MCO processes • 5+ years Pharmacy Benefits Management implementation experience • Knowledge of Drug Rebate, PDL, Drug Utilization(Retro and Pro), Supplemental Rebate integrations • Strong Clinical knowledge of Prior Authorization processing
