📋 Description
• Builds templates, standard documentation, policy and protocol • Supports successful Value-Based specialty and vendor relationships • Identifying and resolving complex deal structure and operational problems • Leads multiple highly specialized professional associates • Manages a team of 4-8 Associates • Partners in the strategic development and implementation of operations, contract negotiations, approvals and processes • Creates and maintains VB vendor and specialty contract templates
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Contracting (build, language, or negotiation) • 3+ years of experience in value-based care • 2+ years of direct or indirect leadership experience • Experience in senior-level discussions and presentations • Clear oral and written communication skills
