📋 Description
• Be part of a team that improves health and well-being of vulnerable communities • Assist in keeping projects moving as Gainwell helps clients deliver better health and human services outcomes • Liaise between development and implementation teams • Configure technical system settings • Communicate with project team leadership; recommend program changes as needed • Triage issues related to Engineering work and escalate as needed
🎯 Requirements
• 9+ years of IT experience in development, implementation, support, and troubleshooting • 3+ years of Healthcare experience preferred • Technical leadership experience in integration, data conversion, and batch job monitoring • strong troubleshooting and support skills • Basic knowledge of .NET and networking concepts • Nice to have: Experience with SSRS and SQL for reporting and data analysis
