📋 Description

• Responsible for automating and maintaining the Facets Booklet System supporting Customer's Booklet/Certificates. • Works with Regulatory and Product areas to determine system requirements. • Evaluates and provides solutions for complex business needs by automating manual processes. • Supports Facets Contract Analysts with technical and training questions related to FBS. • Designs, codes, tests and debugs BPL code to update functionality in FBS. • Reviews and inserts state and federal legislation text into the FBS Database.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required. • 3+ years technical and product knowledge experience required (case install, contract analysis, state legislation exposure preferred). • 1+ year technical experience related to Facets and Linux preferred. • Working knowledge of basic logical coding concepts. • Solid understanding of health plan products, benefits, funding types, and healthcare industry concepts. • Knowledge of booklet production using FBS preferred. • Basic knowledge of UNIX navigation and command line execution. • Proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills for tracking progress on multiple projects. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly complex organization.
