📋 Description
• We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead our processing platform card account, payment risk and reporting teams. • You will drive the evolution of our foundational account and ledger subsystem and adjacent components. • You will lead teams building and operating some of the most critical services of the platform, increasing our operational excellence every step of the way. • You will have opportunities to make a significant immediate impact on the long term success of the company. • If you are a systems thinker, passionate about helping teams reach their best engineering efforts, and ready to make a significant impact in the fintech industry, we invite you to join our team.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • 5+ years of proven experience in strong leadership roles, preferably within data or software engineering fields. • Deep expertise in designing and managing cloud-based solutions with a strong focus on data integrity and resiliency . • Strong understanding of agile development principles and tools. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams. • Experience with AWS, modern python development stacks and modern data engineering tooling is a plus. • Experience working in a regulated industry, such as finance, is a plus.
