• Lead group in developing excellence in manufacturing execution • Develop strategies for optimizing and streamlining manufacturing operations • Partner with Global Quality to increase manufacturing processes capability • Identify opportunities and complete resulting initiatives • Support new process development with feedback on manufacturing strategy • Lead product line optimization through Smart Manufacturing technologies • Develop business case for needed investment or expenditure • Partner with manufacturing sites for standards in digitization and automation • Provide technical expertise in sensors and controls engineering • Develop manufacturing networks across sites for best practices sharing • Build a world-class team; recruit, develop, engage and retain talent • Metrics Accountability – Safety & EHS, Delivery, Quality, Cost, Cost Out, Skills Deployment, Employee Engagement, Corrective Action Completion
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical degree in a related field • Minimum 10 years in operations, engineering, smart manufacturing, quality, or program management with demonstrated experience in manufacturing process development and optimization • Minimum 2 years of experience in the nuclear or related energy industry • Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt or Certified Manufacturing Engineer (SME CMfgE) or PMI certification • Initiative, by collaboration and ability to have a global influence • Program Management, Problem Solving, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Quality Systems, Digital and Automation technology • Drive improvements and measurable results in a global manufacturing environment • Demonstrated program management and continuous improvement skills
