Description

• Ganymede is building a modern cloud platform for the sciences to improve healthcare outcomes. • As the first manager of our Business Development team, you’ll spearhead sourcing new clients and drive marketing. • Your ultimate responsibility will be to drive the overall volume of lead generation. • You’ll also play an important role in our marketing to accelerate lead generation.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with preference for a degree in STEM. • This is mid-level position. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of prior experience in business development or sales for a highly technical product (i.e. enterprise software), ideally in a lead generation or SDR-like role. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals and quotas. • Hunger, curiosity, and motivation to learn about and solve data problems for clients with the rest of the Ganymede team and grow our business • Integrity, ability to self-start, creativity, and compassionate courage when faced with adversity • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Willingness and interest to travel as needed to client sites and conferences across the country. Ability to travel 20-30% time required. • Desire to advance the health and welfare of people • Willing to relocate, or currently in, the greater Boston or San Francisco metro areas. • Graduate STEM degrees or or an MBA • Prior experience managing SDRs or teams in similar commercial functions • Experience in the Life Sciences and/or SaaS
