📋 Description

• Garner's mission is to transform the healthcare economy, delivering high quality and affordable care for all. • We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is excited to design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns. • This role is at the heart of our growth engine - helping us engage more members and improve health outcomes at scale. • You'll combine marketing, data & analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive member engagement and client retention. • The role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing. • Responsibilities include running multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, refining messaging and segmentation, collaborating cross-functionally, and optimizing new processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of B2C marketing experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or similar role. • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Iterable). • Tactical execution of email, segment, and campaign builds. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization. • Excellent analytical and reporting skills – the ability to analyze, interpret, and generate actionable insights and next steps. • Strong project management skills - the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally. • Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. • A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system. • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Garner does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time.
