Description

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR and technical recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a multinational, product-based organization • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management • Experience working with US HR teams or in a distributed global environment • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience • In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices • Exceptional, precision-driven written and verbal communication skills • Fluency in English and Hindi • Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in AI tools and office software suite • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment with enthusiasm
