• The Director role, a Senior Staff Manager is pivotal in managing the Aero Services backlog. • Directly overseeing, and influencing the resources and logistics necessary for executing service and maintenance activities at customer sites. • Includes preventive and remedial maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of both sold and existing products to meet MYA expectations and contract obligations. • Oversee all maintenance services, manage maintenance facilities and field service engineering. • Own and influence budgets and operating plans, ensuring alignment with organizational policies. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. • High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are essential to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or an equivalent field from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge/experience. • Minimum of 8 years of engineering, operational or business experience with technical knowledge of the gas power business / plant equipment’s with superior product knowledge. • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience managing/directing individual contributors. • Ability to travel up to 50% of time for Customer and Operations visits/meetings. • Must reside near a major airport given the up to 50% travel requirement for the role.
