Aero Installation Director

Description
• Create and implement the Aero product line field installation strategy • Lead team ensuring compliance with policies and processes • Partner with leaders within GE Vernova and stakeholders to develop processes • Accountable for site technical advisory services execution including safety, schedule, quality, cost • Develop demand for resources/site staffing for Aero projects • Manage project strategy, bottlenecks, and risk management • Support site team on emerging issues, conduct project reviews, and prepare site visits
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college • 10+ years progressive experience in planning & managing large projects • 7+ years managing and developing employees • English proficiency required
