• Responsible for leading customer relationships for the Gas and Steam Power Services portfolio • Develop long-term strategic plans to drive market/customer penetration • Maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction • Drive sales pipeline on complex transactions including various services and agreements • Develop and maintain key Account Plans with detailed customer insights • Monitor and drive development of opportunity pipeline for regional opportunities
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Discipline • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the Power Generation or Nuclear Industry • Minimum of 10 years’ experience with Gas and Steam Turbine / Generator products • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, Project Management or Customer Service • Provide leadership in proposal strategies to serve customers' needs • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to manage and influence in a matrix environment • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Integrative team working style • Time management skills and ability to work across functions • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter • Business acumen / analytic ability • Ability to travel more than 50% of time • Gas and / or Steam Turbine and Generator Controls knowledge
