• Lead all regional Commercial Operations teams in proposal generation and ITO risk mitigation. • Responsible for commercial excellence team and all commercial operations processes. • Partner with sales teams in delivering orders and margin targets. • Ensure robust processes are in place to deliver timely and high-quality commercial proposals. • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities for the global team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the energy industry. • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in sales, commercial operations, engineering, or OTR. • Strong understanding of the controls business line including the MarkVIe product line. • Strong commercial acumen. • Experience leading people and being responsible for delivering outcomes. • Complex contract negotiation or contract management experience required. • Exceptional organizational and project management skills. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Proven coordination and influencing skills in complex global organization.
