• The Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the success of the Direct Air Capture (DAC) business by overseeing end-to-end program management. • This role ensures that all projects within the DAC program are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting business objectives and regulatory standards. • Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, finance, and executive teams to align on strategic priorities, optimize resources, and manage risks effectively. • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business priorities. • Take full ownership of the DAC program budget, tracking expenses, forecasting financial needs, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Create and manage the overall program schedule, including all project timelines, interdependencies, and critical milestones. • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to adjust schedules, manage resource allocation, and ensure timely execution of project deliverables. • Serve as a key point of contact between engineering, finance, operations, and senior leadership teams. • Proactively identify risks and issues that may impact program performance or timelines, and develop mitigation strategies. • Implement risk management frameworks to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimal impact on project outcomes. • Provide regular program updates to senior management, including budgetary updates, schedule progress, risk assessments, and resource utilization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, ideally in energy, cleantech, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects or similar job type. • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, commercial or technical environment. • Experience managing complex programs with significant budgetary and scheduling responsibilities. • Strong understanding of project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and financial management software. • Proven ability to manage large budgets and create accurate financial forecasts. • Knowledge of risk management and issue tracking systems. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences. • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset to navigate complex, large-scale projects. • Ability to work under pressure and adjust to changing program needs and priorities. • Familiarity with carbon capture technologies, decarbonization efforts, or related cleantech industries. • PMP or Agile certifications.
