Description

• Develop, document, and communicate the HDNU requisition budget through op planning and SII planning. • Provide leadership and coordination of this process across all organizations. • Monitor and communicate HDNU budget spend status to impacted organizations. • Manage and report EAC updates for the team, launching corrective and preventive actions. • Manage and maintain tools and processes to support project engineering daily management. • Integrate best practices and drive synergy across the organization.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the engineering function • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in engineering • Good understanding of tactical and strategic Heavy Duty New Units business planning • Strong written and oral communication skills • Exhibits outstanding cross-functional working relationships.
