Requirements

• Proven success in managing marketing programs – you’ve rocked trade shows, events, and channel marketing initiatives. • A knack for project management with the ability to juggle multiple programs without dropping the ball. • Experience tracking, reporting, and analyzing marketing performance metrics. • Excellent communication skills and a passion for collaboration. • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Wrike) to keep projects on track and team productivity high. • 5+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in B2B or lighting/electrical industries. • A passion for working with cross-functional teams and bringing big ideas to life. • Experience managing budgets and working with CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
