• Serve as primary point of contact with critical customers • Plan, coordinate and execute design, build and installation support • Maintain accurate project milestone accuracy • Accountable for the project revenue, contribution margin and cash collection targets • Support day to day operations including reviews and regional reviews • Regular tracking and communication of project progress • Identification, escalation and resolution of issue/risks affecting satisfaction • Drive cross-functional teams and communicate results effectively

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a project management, engineering or manufacturing role • Ability to make decisions with regards to completion of tasks and job methods • Background in a customer facing Service Delivery or Project Management position • Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time • Experience in SAP • PMP certification • Previous experience in Marine Industry • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to develop clear message using MS Office tools
