β’ Control Parts Support Specialist is a technical expert to support quoting of flow parts. β’ This includes research into vendor documentation, industry knowledge, and communication directly with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. β’ Job can be performed remotely within the USA. β’ Provide technical answers for the customer care representative team, engineering, and sales. β’ Provide excellent customer service for customers, both internal and external. β’ Support maintenance of part data in SAP. β’ Support movement of goods for repaired products. β’ Build close relationships with customers and internal teams to gain their trust. β’ Develop product knowledge and a strong understanding of the processes and procedures to maintain and improve the quality of service. β’ Provide support for the flow parts team taking on any additional assigned duties. β’ Maintaining auditable data records for internal and external audits. β’ Support business development initiatives.
