•Gearset is the leading DevOps solution for the Salesforce ecosystem, trusted by thousands of customers worldwide to streamline deployments and manage release processes. •We are looking for an experienced Global Alliances leader to build and manage a program focused on Salesforce, and large and medium-sized systems integrators within the Salesforce ecosystem. •This role will cover North America and Europe and will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and ensuring they contribute to revenue growth.
•Have been in an alliance leadership, or equivalent position, for several years or more with a proven track record of managing channel or alliance programs, most of which was gained within the Salesforce ecosystem. •Experience working with large and medium-sized systems integrators across North America and Europe. •Knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem and its partner landscape. •A clear understanding of the organisational structure and go-to-market processes of both Salesforce and the large systems integrators. •An active network of relevant contacts within Salesforce and the large systems integratorsStrong business and financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets through partnerships. •Good leadership, communication, and relationship management skills. •Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment with cross-functional teams. •Willingness to travel as needed across North America and Europe.
