📋 Description

• Seeking an initiative-taking Sales Development Manager to drive sales and build relationships in the Benelux region. • Critical role in achieving growth goals and enhancing market presence in the Nutra-Ingredients sector. • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to exceed company sales targets. • Maintain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Identify new business opportunities and promote a range of raw materials for the food and supplement industries. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. • Participate in industry events to enhance brand visibility and network with stakeholders. • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the European Sales Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within the Nutra-Ingredients industry, with a focus on vitamins, minerals, sports nutrition, and supplements. • Established network of clients and decision-makers within the Benelux food and feed sectors. • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, product applications, and customer needs in the region. • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with excellent negotiation and closing skills. • Fluent in English and at least one other language relevant to the Benelux region (Dutch, French, or German preferred). • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
