Description
• Senior HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team • Handle daily HR activities including employee relations, workforce planning, talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and culture building • Collaborate with Marketing leadership to establish HR plans and solutions • Partner with leadership and HR groups to find opportunities to attract and retain talent • Coach and develop managers on employee relations
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field of study or 5-8 years of experience • 5+ years of HR-related experience • Excellent computer skills in MS Windows environment, including MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio & PowerPoint) • Experience with HCM systems - Workday preferred
