• The People Team Business Advisor (PTBA) provides consulting to people leaders. • Supports organizational health of assigned business areas, providing coaching and guidance. • Collaborates with leaders in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of workforce plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of business experience in Human Resources, Organization Effectiveness, or another related field. • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience managing the business/HR relationship and partnership. • Working knowledge of employment law and its practical application. • Working knowledge of all key HR skill areas (e.g., Talent, Engagement, Compensation, Associate Relations) and the use of those areas to drive business performance. • Experience working in and driving an agile, matrix, or Innovative environment preferred.
