Description

• Join Thermo Fisher Scientific's Corporate IT team in HRTS division • Responsible for planning, designing, and implementing efficient HR solutions • Collaborate with end-users, internal IT staff, and external consultants • Analyze and document business processes within existing HCM system • Configure the Recruit module to meet business requirements • Consult on security role changes within the HCM application • Support recruiting-related internal and external career sites • Prepare documentation for system assessments, specifications, SOPs • Provide recommendations for and implement changes to processes • Develop test procedures, scenarios, and cases • Act as liaison between business users and technical team • Solve helpdesk cases related to HR functions

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in HCM systems • Knowledge of Workday HCM system and its Recruiting capabilities • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience • In-depth IT experience supporting human resource processes • Detailed knowledge of systems development cycles and methodologies • Team-oriented with leadership skills • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities • Clear and concise communication skills • Highly self-motivated and directed • Ability to multitask and prioritize work • Keen attention to detail
