Requirements

β€’ 8 years+ proven experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, or similar role β€’ Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel β€’ Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools desirable β€’ Ability to use data to tell a compelling story
